Paul has over twenty-five years direct lean manufacturing experience within the automotive parts remanufacturing and heavy industrial sectors.  This experience was gained on the plant floor. Operational experience includes plant management, production planning, people management and facility / equipment maintenance in a multi-plant environment.  Paul championed the successful implementation of the Ford Q1 and ISO 9000 Quality Control Programs in several facilities.

As a General Manager, Paul has directed the start-up of new divisions, has excellent financial, P & L and budgetary skills and is very knowledgeable in planning and strategic business plans.  Paul is extremely competent in the implementation and use of information technology – especially ERP and MRP systems. Over the past fourteen years, Paul has used his business, lean manufacturing and logistics experience as a lean enterprise specialist (based Toyota Production System).  During this time Paul has facilitated and managed organizational and change management activities, implemented lean processes, and championed productivity and profitability improvement in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, service and administrative.

Paul gained his manufacturing experience at Western Engine Limited, a Ford of Canada Remanufacturer and a General Motors diesel locomotive remanufacturer.
